they have very great customer service. was very helpful im a first time buyer and they made it easy to see what was in my range of vale and also help me with the paper work. they made it very helpful and will fix what u need on site and schedual appoitments for the next day i give em 5 stars rating

I have been doing business with American Auto since 2009. I was recently in a bad car accident and my car was totaled. I bought my first car VW Passat from American. Never had any problems with it. Took my car there for oil changes. So I went back to American to replace my car that was totaled. In one day I was driving away in my new car. I highly recommend this place. I bought an SUV from them and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! They treated me great, were patient with me while I picked the right vehicle I wanted. Then when we went inside to figure numbers, they were up front with me, got me a payment I was very happy with and since then, have been nice as can be when I go in and make my payment.
