I can only speak from the car buying standpoint, not the auto repair. But if you're going to buy a car from here...GO THERE PHYSICALLY! Ignore their online credit application. American Auto at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave in Madison, WI has been my tire shop for over two years now. I first went there because I needed some snow tires mounted and installed on my BMW. Since then, they have repaired several flat tires for me in addition to putting on my snow or summer tires. My locking lug bolts had heads that were damaged by other shops using impact wrenches. Had a flat tire and everywhere else was too high in price and everywhere else had wait times I called American auto Madison and they got me in and out within 10-15 min customer service was AMAZING and price was really good too! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment and their services!!!!
Hit a deer one day. Came here and got taken care of super fast. Popped some dents out and replaced the headlight for a good price.
