They took great care of me, arranged the rental, Uber, rental drop off and everything to just make it a simple experience and they did great work!
Their service was very thorough from beginning to end. This is certainly an industry where one can easily get manipulated into making unnecessary purchases and repairs, yet our truck came back to us looking brand new while keeping everything considerably affordable for the serious damage we had! Definitely will recommend/return (hopefully only recommend…).
Zach stopped by because he noticed how bad the hail damage was on my truck. I wasn't too concerned with fixing it because i figured it's Colorado and it will just happen again. When he told me it would be nothing out of pocket, i decided to give it a shot. There were so many marks, I was sure that they wouldn't be able to get it all out. I WAS WRONG! They have my truck looking like it was brand new. You can't even tell there was ever hail damage. Would highly recommend if you're in need of hail repair.
Regardless of how extensive the damage of your car is American Auto Hail can do it all! My car was in horrific shape after getting blasted last month. American Auto hail took care of me from start to finish! They are so fast and helpful about working with your insurance provider. They are beyond personable and AMAZING at what they do. The guys at American Auto Hail are amazing! They walked us through the entire process for the hail damage to my daughters 2018 vehicle, were very thorough and did everything exactly how they said they would! I'm always skeptical of going to a place that I'm not familiar with, however, American auto hail repair, by far, exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in the front door they were nice and courteous. They explained everything they would be doing to my vehicle and were up front with everything they did..
