I wouldn't go back. They were not truthful with me.
Mr. Curtis was very helpful and understanding when providing a quote for my damaged new car. And even though it took a while to get my car back he made sure that my car looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot. Would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. He is very fair and does excellent work.
Waited 6 months for parts all bolt on no body work fit and finish was poor open seams gap between hood and bumper,brought it back explained issue 2 days later same result very disappointed
This body shop is a joke, first they made me give them my insurance check before they would even order parts, I had a small cosmetic issue with my front bumper, and after over a month I finally got my car back, after numerous calls to me saying “Mam, your car is ready” and making multiple arrangements to go get my car, in fact it was not ready every time, nothing had been done but a little buff and a horrible paint job, they would go back and forth saying they “were getting parts” that’s why it was taking so long, very disho... read more
If you’re needing to get body work done on your car and wanting it to look better then it did before dropping it off, I highly recommend coming to America auto body. I picked my car up today and they did an amazing job, I was very pleased and happy with the results. when I say it looks better than before I mean it!! Curtis and his wife were amazing, they did a great job with keeping me updated and informed on the progress of my car I highly recommend going there.
