Signed contract and paid deposits on 2/1/2023 and it’s been over a month, still no progress yet, the rep “Ana” does not reply emails, rarely reply after a week after…. 4/11 updates: Ana told me city permit application submitted on 2/28 but no updates after all, so I personally checked with city, been told by the city they have not accept the application until 3/31 as they did not submit correct documentation….. I have been waiting almost 6 months for my solar to be installed and finished and no one calls and update me on why they can’t finish the job I have to constantly call and ask for updates and they say they’ll call back and no one ever does, I had already told them I didn’t want to move forward anymore because they lack communication with costumer’s and they just said we’ll you’ll have to pay all the permits anyway if I didn’t want to keep waiting with no updates on anything, so I would suggest anyone to find someone else for... read more
American Array did a really good job with our roof and solar project. Absolute pleasure to work with and clearly a comprehensive knowledge base around all types of solar products. I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar roofing.
