I am amazed with not only the fact that I called and a technician was at my house within 30 mins but also with how knowledgeable, helpful & trustworthy his assessment was!!! I am grateful that I came across this business on google and will be giving them more of my business!!!
My gas stove did not work except for the oven. I called at 11:30 am. By 1:30 an agent was at my home on time. When he entered my home he noticed a gas smell and told me. He looked at my stove and fixed it in a few minutes. The parts he used he charged actually less than I found them on Amazon. Now my stove works perfectly. And there was a very dangerous gas leak from my hot water heater which DTE fixed that day. Nice guy great service at a very good price.

Called American appliances at 10am today, had a knowledgeable technician at my house at 1230pm. Appreciate the great service from Vincent. And they also have one of the lowest service fees compared to other companies and it is put towards your repair.
