wow, this is the first time I wrote a bad review. I went to Northpark on 5/14 around 3pm, and the staff there at that shift was just terrible and clueless (I went to American Apparel before, and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful, but not the staff on that day),all the customers walked in are just helping themselves without any greetings or assistance. I walked in to return an item,and the front desk was helping this girl infront of me,which took about 10-15mins, and there's only one person checking out in the r... read more
i really like American apparel , but just when i go into this store i feel so awkward. its dead silent and the employees are so rude. i was just looking around at the clothes and one of the employees just mean mug me for no reason at all . UNWELCOMED!
