I received a bill over a year later, now I am in collections.
I had a great experience with Kayla from American Anesthesiology Associates of Virginia. I called for advice regarding an upcoming surgery with anesthesiology involved. Kayla helped me understand the billing process, what to look out for when I received the bill and other issues like copayment and deductibles. Great customer service.
This absolutely ridiculous they’re billing me for something should been covered under my insurance!!! There absolutely no reason why should having this bill
Star update. The online text bill looks like a scam but it turned out to be legit. It is very hard to find out if your texted bill is legitimate. The paper bill can come a week later. There is little way to back check and very confusing as of this writing.
They send me a bill $124 for 2 yrs ago. I even don't know what they charge for. Scam
