This place is a good place if your trying to get to a hospital fast this dispatcher was so relatable and understanding I think her name was Karina
I had to be moved from UF Urgent care in Brownwood to the UF Hospital in the Villages. I was so lucky to get Jordan Hubler and Willangel Santana. Jordon had to step in to help get me ready to move and from watching her work I knew i was in good hands. Professional, polite and informative for an old man asking questiopns. Willangel is avery good driver and must bs strong as an ox. Take care of these guys. You have a great team with these two. Dan Smith
