My Home Warranty sent American Alliance to my home to repair my wall heater. The gentlemen who came to my house was knowledgable and professional. He walked me through how my system worked and diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was polite and respectful of my home which is extremely important to me. I appreciate
My home warranty company has sent American Alliance on 2 separate calls to my house for my air conditioner. On both calls I felt like the technician with trying to get in and out as fast as he could. On the second service call he said he was done and he had not even addressed the issue that he was there to fix. He was on his phone a lot during the service call. They know that we have to pay $65 every time we file a claim so I feel like the technician gets in and out as fast aa he can.
