I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service was unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to resolve a straightforward issue. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, they continued to over bill me and failed to address my concerns in a timely and fair manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. There are far better businesses that value their customers and stand behind their commitments.
Very impressed with how professional, reliable and responsive the American Alarm team has been. We had a different system in our home and chose to switch to AA and are so happy we did. Everything works seamlessly and their app is amazing and so easy to use. Highly recommend their services!
