American Alarm is by far the best alarm/testing company i have worked with. I own several large commercial buildings and not only are their rates fair and competitive, but their service is impeccable. You can always get someone on the phone which is rare. A great local company with a fantastic team - i would recommend them to anyone.
I was helped a great deal by the female agent who patiently walked me through the process of putting my alarm on proper settings. The two technicians who came out worked well together. The lead technician was very thorough in servicing the system.
