The only reason one star is being given is because we now have a working AC thanks to Mike. We were given this vendor by our home warranty company. We have an infant at home and it's Texas so we couldn't stress the urgency enough. We had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone to communicate with us. After day 5, we said we would pay to have the part overnighted to us and I specifically asked "can you guarantee that our air can be fixed tomorrow." Our outside unit would not kick on and the outdoor temp was already approaching 100 degrees. So this was critical to get repaired quickly. I called and within an hour a technician was at our home. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. Luckily it was just the contactor switch on the outside unit.
