They came to my rescue! All personnel were courteous and the most knowledgeable of all the air conditioning services that I have called during this crisis. (Florida without airconditioning is a crisis) The equipment was installed by another company who did not install it correctly. I do believe the unit is fixed properly this time. The tech also educated us. I am very happy with the work and the resaonable price.
Ms. Several weeks ago on a Sunday night at 8:00 PM my husband and I discovered our air conditioner not working. I proceeded to check phone numbers for AA&H and I figured it was a Sunday night and would not get a response. I remembered how nice Matt Von Boeckman was. I took a chance and dialed his cell number. Good service; will use them again Nobody can make every customer happy, and it often depends on the individual service person. Fortunately, I got a good one who found the leak immediately, and although the price for repair wasn't cheap ($69 for service call, $100 to find leak, $170 to fix it, $25/pound for total fillup of R22 freon), my AC was fixed, and it's cool again. Great Job! I am writing regarding my recent installation of the Goodman equipment at my home. The team of Jose and Leo were a credit to the company as was the Operations Manager, Matt. The installers were most knowledgeable, conscientious, accommodating and professional. I will certainly recommend the company to anyone needing a new A/C. Thank you.

I had to wait and phone American Air & Heat of Brevard the next morning because they were the company who had installed the unit. Highly Recommend! As a result of an excellent air conditioner/heat pump installation, I am bringing it to your attention. The workers were pleasant, respectful and did a splendid job; plus did not leave until we looked over the unit and our approval was given. Also about two week's ago a American Air/Heat serviceman notfied us that the 10 year old 2 ton Carrier bought from them was constantly icing up and major repairs would be necessary, plus the fan blade not running. Mr. and Mrs Berkbigler We have never had a problem with them. We call, they are here. Very fast service and they have always fixed the problem. I would recommend them to anyone. My family has also used them and we have never had a problem with service or price....They are a wonderful and knowledgeable group of people.. VERY honest.
Mr The installation of our new heat pump was accomplished expeditiously and professionally with no anamolies. The AC and heat work exactly as expected, and American Air & Heat even installed a new, more modern thermostat at no additional charge, thanks to estimator Matt Von Boeckman. Following completion of the work, the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themelves. Needless to say, I am very, very, very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
