Great Customer Service I called American Air and Heat and they responded to my distress call ASAP...their staff is phenomenal and I wouldn't have anyone else repair or replace my AC unit....a special thanks to Matt for understanding my unique situation....love you guys!!!
Kudos to American Air & Heat I had a service call on my A/C because of a water leak that keeps occurring. The technician was so professional, honest and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and gave me tips on how to maintain the system going forward.
Wonderfully Surprised We recently purchased an air conditioning system from the salesperson Matt. I must say that this was a totally different experience than we've had from other folks in the business in the past. Matt was most kind to us, but more importantly took the time to explain the various systems and recommend the one he felt was best for us. Wonderful New System The new system is wonderful, it is so quiet that I don't even notice when it is running. The installers left everything neat & clean, very satisfied!
Highly Recommend! I recently purchased a new air conditioning system from them & I am so happy! My old system was very old and noisey. It was very loud at night & was keeping us awake every night. The new air conditioning system works great & is so quiet you barely know it's on. The workers did a great job & left the whole area inside and out very neat & clean. I heartily recommend them!
