I recently started using American Air & Heat for routine maintenance. I live Beachside, so regular maintenance is of the utmost importance to extend the life of an air conditioner. Keith was very knowledgeable about the effects of salt air on A/C units, and everything else involved with proper maintenance. I was very happy with the work he did and I will be using American Air for all my A/C needs Fran C

American Air & Heat took such good care of us. Living beachside is awesome but not when your AC unit totally breaks down in July. The crew showed up on time and installed my new 18 seer Florida Addition AC. This company is professional, both in explaining the unit, installation and clean-up. They don't try to up-sell anything, just give you what you need and pricing is spot-on. The unit is super quiet and cools off the house very quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

A BIG thank you to this terrific group of people. They were punctual, they worked quickly and stay until the job was done so we could have our AC back on by evening. Everything was cleaned up and carried away. Also very polite and stayed within the establishment. Altogether a great job. We would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again.

I've been a customer of American Air for over 15 years and they're the only folks I trust to work on my AC system. Fair prices, top notch service and very focused on helping folks keep their systems running. If you're looking for a respectful, conscientious, dedicated, fair and honest AC service, look no further. These folks are great!

I had tried them out at the end of last year and needless to say the service was poor at best. The tech only tried to sell me everything under the sun. I had called them on accident and know now why I used my current company.

My A/C system was destroyed because of hurricane Irma. American Air and Heat of Brevard was the 1st and only company I called. They were out here in hours. My system needed to be replaced because it needed to much in repair plus duct work was shredded because of roof damage. They tried their hardest to keep it running and kept the furnace working for the colder nights cudos!!! I had these guys out when my unit wasn't working. I didn't think it would be anything major, however, they instantly wanted to replace my unit. I was stunned as they almost knew walking in the door that they were going to try and replace my unit. I told a friend and he had his brother-in-law from another company come out and he fixed it on the spot for $108! Saved me $1,000's. Beware as I think they try and make unsuspecting people think they need new units when it's a simple repair.
