I took my Daddy here to have his dialysis graft declotted. He has only been on dialysis about 10 months so this was the first time he had to have anything like this done. I spoke with Miss Keisha the day before and she was wonderful. She told me everything I needed to do for next day. From the time we walked through the door (where we were greeted by Miss Keisha) until we left, every person we came in contact with was friendly, personable, and kind. I've had my access checked here multiple times. Great staff They make you as comfortable as possible in the situation.
My dad had to go yesterday to change his dialysis port in his chest. He was so scared and worried, but he got in and out and said they were the nicest people he's met. Keep it up Azura! I love seeing a company who continues to have loving, caring and understanding staff!!
