This job went much better than described and the customer ended up with a good and complete job. Please read between the lines and you will see typical things that come up during construction. I will address (consumer name withheld per their request) 4 main points. FIRST, was timing. Upon signing the contract I explained the jobs were coming in so fast I could not give an accurate estimate as to a start date. I did not want to promise 6 weeks and have it be 8 or 10 weeks.
