Had 3 doors installed and overall we are happy with the service. They delivered what they promised and installed the door in a timely manner. In fact, they tried to do the install during the week but was not able to due to the rain. They came out on a Saturday to get the job done.

Now that my payment has been processed and this project has been closed out, I am ready to review the siding project performed by American Accents. 4/10/17: Mike Davey comes out to give a quote on siding and (most importantly) installing a gable vent in the front gable. This will be important later in the review, as this is the main reason I initiated this project. This job went much better than described and the customer ended up with a good and complete job. Please read between the lines and you will see typical things that come up during construction. I will address (consumer name withheld per their request) 4 main points. FIRST, was timing. Upon signing the contract I explained the jobs were coming in so fast I could not give an accurate estimate as to a start date. I did not want to promise 6 weeks and have it be 8 or 10 weeks.
