these are great people! they have helped me through my many finacial needs through the years.
Ann Marie was great helping me get my loan. we went back and forth for a few weeks trying to get everything finalized. she was very patient with me and figured out ways to get everything done. bethany was also great helping me with a debit card! thanks ladies.
the customer service representative is very knowledgeable. Kelly is wonderful. I walked in the office just to ask a question about refinancing my auto. the next thing I knew. I was refinanced. and she saved my money by getting me a lower rate. I love Kelly,❣️
Yes today I dealt with Annmarie Siffer , I was trying to pay my credit union bill. As i am out of the State . We were on the phone for over 35 minutes Annmarie was very very helpful for me. She took care of all my problems, got it set up so I could pay my bill online. Which I tried to do for 5 days to no avail. I was very nervous and anxious she did not get frustrated with me she handled the situation perfectly. I just want to thank American 1 CU and Annmarie for the excellent help!!!
