100% A big joke! They do not know how to help tenants, they are rude, money mongers. They were to help us sublet our spaces, come to find out they were offering the spaces after our lease was up. I have many emails from brokers asking why the management never got back to them about our spaces. All I can say is if they are the management, run the other way. They are the wordt management company I have had to deal with.

Been doing business with this company since they bought the property that I'm just moving out of they are rude and self-centered. They do not care for the people who rent from them. They are unfair to the tenants. And will lie to you directly. The only thing I can say is stay away from this company.

I rented in one of their properties for about 2 years. There are many things that are not okay in the office but I'm going to focus on one thing: MANAGEMENT. Unfortunately management (including the landlord) are very unorganized, unreliable, and very unresponsive; most of the time, they leave you waiting when you contact them for time sensitive important issues/questions. You have to follow up multiple times, because they are not communicative.
