I used to love coming here but now every single time I come even if I have an appointment I end up waiting 30 minutes. They over book and have one person working on 3 people at once and they seem to not be respectful of everyone’s time. Getting nails done already takes forever and I schedule my day around my actual appointment time so its not fair to just be sitting and waiting for 30 minutes. Used to love coming here and I literally drove all the way from the city too! Very sad

Awful appointment adherence ! Delayed and then after 20 mins of waiting say they can’t find the appointment.
Been going here for years! The service is always great and my nails always look amazing! Candace, Kevin, Rachael, and Hanna always do a quality job and give great service with a smile.
