The worst experience I’ve had at an eye doctors office in the last 25 yrs of eye exams. If you want an eye exam do not go here. Should be advertised as a retail store for glasses not an eye doctors office. Walked out using my one exam covered under insurance for the year and will go somewhere else to pay full price for exam bc it was such a bs exam by a doctor over video call. 0 out of 5 stars.
Friendly, professional staff. Exam is done via video link but Optometrist was extremely knowledgeable given my extensive eye problem history.
I had the absolute BEST experience at my visit. They communicated with me 2 days before my appointment that they would not have an optometrist at that location and offered me the chance to reschedule if I wanted. I was perfectly fine with that and continued with my appointment. They also had it posted on the door and the sweet front desk reminded me when I checked in. Saturday b4 noon. No Dr. on site. Can only look. Don't touch. No repair, adjust eye glasses. Wont dispense contacts or eye ware. WHY are doors opened?
