I had a really good experience with this carpet cleaning service. The technician, Zachary, arrived right on time within the scheduled window and took a look at everything before getting started. He worked quickly and carefully to clean the carpets in three rooms, finishing in under two hours, including prep and packing up the equipment. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and after getting a new puppy, there was a lingering odor in my dark carpet that I just couldn’t locate. wow. i'd give them six stars if i could. angel came right on time to give us an estimate for cleaning our carpet and tile, which covered about 3700 square feet. the price was very fair, and he even made sure to wear shoe covers to keep everything clean. a couple weeks later, theodore arrived at 8:30am sharp and worked all the way until 7:30pm without stopping. he helped move furniture we didn't get to ahead of time, and was really careful with everything. now, our carpet and tile both look fresh and almost new again. we’ll a... read more
Leonard came out to clean our carpets in Pacoima and did an amazing job. He worked on our walk-in closet, the stairs, and even managed to remove some really old stains from the bedroom floor and underneath our reclining chair—spots we thought would never come out!
