Agency owner Bill/william was very Unprofessional, defensive & unethical in respect to releasing an AOR/ Waiver on a deal we worked on - we engaged him and his office to to give us a quote on a property we purchased & he purposely locked the system & did not comply with industry standards of permitting another agency to quote the deal. - instead he belligerently claimed he was locking us in to only shop with him - we tried to mediate & rectify situation and Bill 3 times admittingly refused to cooperate for selfish reasons - ... read more
