I started going here around a year an half ago. It was great at the beginning. They had a gentlemen working there when I started going and he did an amazing job. The last couple of times I went the lady that did my nail did a really bad job. I asked for ombre and she sponged it with nail polish and it looked awful. When I went in for refill to give them another chance she had forgotten she did them and said she could do better and use powder. The staff here is so friendly. They are happy to get you in if at all possible. I usually call though beforehand as a courtesy. The owner Andy is usually able to get me in the same day. They all do a great job. I never have to ask for a specific nail technician because they are all great.

I had been looking for a more consistent nail spa experience after feeling let down by my previous spot, and I’m so glad a friend recommended American Nails. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by the entire team. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Andy is the best nail technician I've ever had. His attention to detail and artistry is above par. I actually moved 40 miles away and still make it a point to get my nails done by Andy. I would recommend Andy and American Nails to anyone in the area.
