I would never recommend this company. After a no fault home purchase fell through, I am still waiting for my earnest check that cleared my account on Nov. 3rd. i am being told I will not receive it now until after Dec. 15th. I have been a mortgage lender for years, and have never dealt with a worse title company.

It's unfathomable to believe that during a global pandemic, a representative would show up in an 8x10 foot room without a mask. It was only after being asked by our realtor that the representative from American Land Title put on a mask. This was AFTER the county-wide mask mandate was put in place. I am helping to take care of my in-laws, and was extremely disappointed, and frankly angry, that this took place.
