My floors are not as good as new…they are better than when they were new. The initial sanding, cleaning and first coat crew did an excellent job. Thai himself followed up with the second and final coat with the same great results. After a three day wait to make sure of a full cure in this awful humidity, we moved all the kitchen and adjoining furniture into and onto our great new floors. I highly recommend them for your hardwood floor needs,

Absolutely spectacular! We bought a 130 yr old (1890) farmhouse in southern NH recently. We called Thai Nguyen and he returned my call same day, provided an extremely reasonable and competitive estimate for 2 bedrooms, living room and 2 hallways. His team was on site within the week. We heard about Jim from word-of-mouth of people who have used him several times. We contacted him via the website and received a prompt call back. He said up an appointment to give us a quote fairly quickly for our bedroom which is on the 3 level of our home. I recently purchased a home and was shocked at the condition of the floors after the furniture and rugs were removed. I called a couple refinishers. Not only did Jim come that day, his pricing was excellent and his team started the next morning. I called James Nguyen at American Hardwood Floor Service. He came to my house that day and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to install hardwood floors on all 3 floors of the 3-family I had just purchased. His estimate was very reasonable. America Hardwood Floor Services did an excellent job restoring the finish on the floors of my dining room and entry way as well as stairs leading to the second floor, and the upstairs hallway. They have expert knowledge and the right heavy duty sanding equipment to achieve spectacular results.James and his team are hard working, courteous and respectful.
