Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen
On 10/26 Megan is the rudest teller for no reason I have ever come across in 20 years of banking at AFCU. Will never go here again.
Only place i have ever tried to deposit cash and was told I couldn’t for a 13 year old alert on my account that wasn’t cleared for some unknown reason.
“It will be easier to go get a cashiers check from your bank then us to release the funds that we already deducted from your bank and to come in and pay your bill” instead of using the app we made you download last time you came into pay. Why is it so hard to make a car payment? And instead of your teller being kind and understanding she was extremely rude. Someone hacked into my internet account and was able to get access to everything including my bank account with America first credit union. The bank noticed immediately and put a block on my account twice about a month apart from each other. Thank you America first credit union. It’s good to know that someone is there to protect our interest.
