Some of the worst customer service i have ever seen
My family has been America First members for well over 20 years. Long story short… we got an auto loan 2 weeks ago and qualified for the lowest rate. When we went to pick up the car there was undisclosed damage to the car, so we backed out of the loan. Two weeks later we found another car and went to get a new loan for the same amount and without my knowledge pulled credit again and said now we don’t qualify for the lowest rate. #1-They should have never pulled credit again they said themselves the original credit report is ... read more
