I’ll start by saying this, Shawn is a truly great sales person. He seen my dilemma and took his time to get me into a nice vehicle for my family. Down payment, car note all priced reasonably. Very transparent and the process was smooth! I truly appreciate the service! I definitely recommend!
HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I bought this car November 14th, and it broke down the same day!!! I had to come out of pocket for my own tow. When it was taken to the shop they tried to tell me I was driving the car wrong?! Like what?! The car has been in and out the shop 4 to 5 times and nothing has been fixed. If Anything it was made worse by someone putting gear oil in my transmission!!!! Then saying I had to do it. No one has touch the car but their shop!! My family and I been dealing with America auto for years. I purchased a 2014 Nissan pathfinder back in September and going back to purchase another vehicle soon. My son will be purchasing his first car from there as well. Everyone there is so friendly, polite and respectful. If you have any issue with your vehicle they will try their hardest to fix the problem. I love Everyone in there even down to the shop workers.

I am very pleased with this car company!!! I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry from them about 6 months ago , I have not had one mechanical issue with the vehicle to this day! When it needed tires and brakes & an alignment upon purchasing they set up an appointment fee free for me! Lindsey is the absolute best at understanding & having communication with me! I highly recommend purchasing from here they are lovable people!
