Now I know why it was empty when I first walked in. They get business just because of the location they are in. A young man came in for a manicure. The lady started his manicure whirling 5 minutes another lady came in for a pedicure so she stopped doing his manicure and started the water for the lady to soak her feet. She rushed through his manicure fast to get to the lady waiting for the pedicure. The nail color options for limited, they don’t have variety like other salons do. THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. I've been here TWICE and both times I was appalled. I had my nails sitting In acetone forever to have dipped nails remove. The nail polish stuck to my skin, could barely get it scrubbed off. The area that she filed, she filed so harshly that it has taken ALMOST 3 MONTHS TO RECOVER. My nail health was so bad afterwards. They were incredibly brittle and unhealthy. I had the dip nail removed, she didn't clean or do anything to my nails after. She charged me an extra $20 to "remove the dip" but di... read more
Great when not busy, between 3-5pm.
Didn't offer any add on services. Pedicure I could have done on my own. They literally took the polish off and repainted them. Most places I go to offer other things. Soft wax, sugar scrub , feet softener in the water. Something. It wasn't good at all.
Bummer, poor service and lack of skill
