Amerex just completed our exterior with new windows, siding, shutters, the whole nine yards! We couldn’t be any happier! Charlie made the whole process so seamless! On these cold windy days is when I am so disappointed in my replacement windows. I can't believe how much air I feel coming through the track in which the window slides. When I called about it I was told it is normal. I have spoken with people who have replacement windows from other companies and they don't have this complaint. I have had the windows for almost 3 years and love the way the look and operate. I'm glad we don't have a lot of cold windy days like today.
A few months ago we came home from being away for the weekend and the wind was howling that weekend so much so that our siding was off our house. After calling Amerex and talking to Charlie he showed us samples of siding to match. The contractors for Amerex where there and a few days later the siding was up and looks like a brand new house. Thanks Charlie for a job well done.
