The employees to date have been very professional and knowledgeable to my banking needs.
When I arrived at this branch, a lady approached me and asked what I needed. I began to explain my issue with online banking, but she immediately told me she couldn’t assist and that I had to call over the phone. I tried to show her the error so maybe she could at least guide me while I was on the call, but she refused and said she was leaving.
