I just want to say thank you to Cathy and all the staff at Ameratrail !! I had a problem with one of my finders rubbing the tire while I Was driving down I95. So I called Cathy and sent her pics of the damage and I could not have been more happy with there response she sent me new fenders and a rim an tire! The people at Ameratrail stand behind there product! I knew there was a reason I bought a trailer for them! I soon will be buying another trailer and it will definitely be a Ameratrail !!!! This is one of those rare companies that really believes in customer service. I needed a trailer and spoke to Rick who could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. He even offered to meet me to deliver it due to my vacation schedule!! WOW. The trailer itself is absolutely top notch. Very impressed!!
