I really wanted our first rental experience to be a positive one, but unfortunately it was the opposite. Communication with Property Manager Julie was excellent the first couple months then became almost nonexistent and it seems she avoids her tenants like wildfire when issues need to be addressed, making simple things frustrating and stressful. 2 very long years I will never get back. 0/10 recommend Amera Property Management.

Agent, Julie, is flighty and unresponsive. We rented a pit of a house from her, sight unseen, as we were moving from out of state. Photos of the backyard must have been taken with a fisheye lens. No screens were present on windows upon move in. This was discussed with Julie, and she said they would be replaced. They were never replaced, and we were charged for them upon move out. We rented a home through Julie for a about a year and a half. Though our relationship with the property owner was adversarial at best, Julie was fair and communicative throughout. We would totally rent through her again in the future as she was always reasonable and easy to deal with.

I had the pleasure of working with Julie at Amera Property Management, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Julie demonstrated a level of honesty and integrity that is rare in the industry.
