Ken is AMAZING!!! My 90 year old grandmother needed her boiler repaired and she called me to help find her a good repairman. She has been used and abused by others in the past and she was afraid of being taken advantage again. I did research and invited Ken to come out. Within 15 minutes, my grandmother was relieved to have found an honest, caring and hard-working man. He fixed her system and made sure that it was up-to-code and SAFE. He is reasonably priced too!!! We are so happy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken to anyone who asks.
I called ken about a problem with the heating system and he was able to come out immediately. I am so happy with his attention to detail. Ken was very concerned about doing the best job possible for me, you could tell because of his attitude. He actually ended up charging me less than we initially agreed upon because a part ended up not being broken just needed cleaning, he easily could have told me that it needed to be replaced. He’s Honest! I recommend him very highly.
An Honest Man; In this day where you're not sure who to trust, Ken is someone that has my full faith. He came out to look at my boiler after some other company told me that I needed to replace it. Ken told me that all I needed to do was to clean it and that was a considerable savings. Thanks Ken.

I found a good Boiler Guy! – We had a number of companies out to repair our boiler And finally called Ken after seeing an add at City Search. He came over and found the problem / fixed it in less than an hour. He is by far the best choice if you have a problem with your Hot Water Heating System.
Top grades for this provider. Cost is very reasonable. Ken has performed plumbing, water heater, and radiant heat / boiler services at our home. He is the type of expert that I trust working on the systems in my home. Excellent provider - he even cleared out an old water heater permit for us in the last week.
Keeping up with the times! I genuinely enjoy what I do.. I look forward to the challenge of each work order. And after all, what am I going to tell someone, That I can’t help them? No… I go to over an average of 5 business days a year of continuing education. It may be how a new boiler works or maybe a certain control. Ken came out to do some work on our boiler and the problem wasn't as bad as I first thought. I had three other companies out before I had Ken come out but he was able to take care of it within a few minutes. Thanks Ken... You have my business forever...
