What great service. Had an Alex and Ani bracelet that was special to and it broke. Lucky enough they had one even though it was from 2 years ago. I went there to purchase it and to my surprise they just replaced my broken one! I was so taken back by the amazing customer service I received. I did some Christmas shopping there and I will keep coming back. You will never get treatment like this from any mall. I am a forever customer
Justin Amendolaro may be the most kind, thoughtful businessman I have ever met. Everyone that works there is very helpful and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The products are absolutely beautiful and fairly priced as well. I shop there every Christmas and birthday.
Very cute, unique store. The staff went overboard to put aside a bracelet they just got in for me. The woman that was working was so friendly & helpful. I’ll definitely be going back for some unique presents in the future. ��
