Paid $900 for painting a cathedral ceiling in great room/ kitchen. We inspected ceiling while still wet and in bright sunlight. Next day we realized ceiling was not cut in correctly in places and one side was streaked and old paint showed though. Called and when painter came out he said they would fix everything for $350 more and when we refused he said he could send one guy and charge us $100. I'm sorry you feel that way, but this is not right. We told you the ceiling popcorn was bad and falling and we told you the ceilings were needing two coats and there were issues with your ceiling, but you refused our professionalism. We told you guys up front we were extremely busy and you didn't want to pay for second coat, you wanted us to cut corners and we don't do that, much less FREE work.
