Whatever you do, if you call these people out, ensure that they do it right the first time. Because if not, the manager Mike, will be very unhappy and point the finger to you, the customer, for them not fixing it correctly. The man that they sent out to fix my AC was odd to say the least and was very thankful that I had other people in my house that day and wasn't left alone with him.
