I had an unexpected c section after a long labor with my son and she was on call the morning I delivered. She same in and explained to me very calmly that it was okay to continue to labor but that the choice was up to me if I wanted to continue after being stuck at 7cm for several hours. She was supportive of my decision to stop laboring and go in for a c section to keep baby safe. She notified my OBGYN and they both were present for my c section, very kind and compassionate in a time where I was very scared and exhausted
Had her for my delivery - had some unpreventable/unforeseeable complications that arose during active labor and Dr. Starr really pulled through. She was quick and efficient. Explained everything well. Had good bedside manner. And most importantly - baby and I are healthy/safe.
Excellent DR. friendly compassionate very respectful..during my 1st visit with Dr Star I was extremely impressed with her thorough explanation of my condition and treatment options.. you are truly a thank you for taking Excellent care of me
