Staff was not very friendly.
Zero star to match their zero customer service, zero honesty and zero communication. Cassandra the manager leads by example, she never returned back a call and never responded to the 100 messages We left her on a daily basis for the past 40 days! They call new victims of customers in need for rent asking them to apply then say (you're on waiting list) and end up not responding at all 😑 😒
They never answer the calls, neither the msgs. They send out bohemian emails ,you drive all the way to get straight answers (because No one answers the calls ) the staff said manager in meeting , manager never reached out! So messy situation!
I saw this location in person and was interested in renting because they were advertising rent specials, however the staff did not provide correct information to proceed in the process and did not return my calls. I traveled over 80 miles for nothing.
