I saw this location in person and was interested in renting because they were advertising rent specials, however the staff did not provide correct information to proceed in the process and did not return my calls. I traveled over 80 miles for nothing.
This place is terrible. Do not move here! They are overcharging the elderly and constantly trying to evict them even after paying rent. Most of the residents are moving out.
they don’t make the residence a priority here carpet in the hallway is nasty and spotted faulty alarm system sprinkler system goes off pretty much every other day goes on for 5 to 6 hours half of the stuff they say on their website about the amenities are just flat out lies I could go on but how much time do we have?
My husband and I have been here at Amelia parc 1for a year and a half! Although management has changed several times, the management here now today is awesome so loving so caring, taking care of all things concerning us! It has been my pleasure, and my husband‘s pleasure to be a part of this great community! We look forward to living here for a long long time! Paula White 7/7/2025.
