Some of the nail techs are mean and none verbal after saying what color? Cut my cuticles with the drill my fingers stung for a week my thumb nail and 3/4 other fingers nails were so lumpy after seeing them outside she was twisting my fingers hard enough to crack my knuckles…I still tipped her left and called to speak with a manager she said she will fix things when I come back
