This place is unprofessional, and basically a joke. I made an appointment for 11am, but showed up 15 mins early at 10:45am. Signed in at the front desk, and waited patiently in the waiting room to be called back. I waited till 12:15pm and never got called back. The receptionist was no where to be found so I could ask what was taking so long. So I decided to get up and leave. I don't know who is in charge of this establishment, but this unacceptable and I will not be returning.
I was in and out quickly and I was a walk in at that. Was extremely happy with how I was treated as a person, not a number. Most of all, I really feel like there was a genuine care for getting me healthy, not just bandaided and shoved out the door. Doc, you were awesome !
Very friendly staff! I was in and out quickly as well but did not feel rushed. The Dr was thorough & asked legitimate questions that showed he really cared. This was a nice experience compared to other urgent cares I’ve been to in Jacksonville.
They want you to come back every 3mos to do bloodwork and tell you when it gets elevated they will prescribed you a year of the medicine you need. Well thats a joke, its being going on over a year bloodwork and refuse to give you your year. Not everyone can afford to keep going every 3 mos for bloodwork. Plus the one guy there misdiagnosed my daughter to, she ended up in the ER.
