Amelia Kirbo is a terrific audiologist! She has been amazingly patient as I adapt to my cochlear implant. She goes the extra mile. I mentioned that I wanted to exchange a device I didn't need for another and she said "I'll do it for you." When I mentioned that I was having a difficult time hearing phone conversations, she lined up a free CapTel phone that solved that problem. She's a bright light in a service industry that has made me feel like a number.
