Response to 8:30 am request for an appointment with Dr Bietenholtz because of an old cap breaking off was a time for 4:30pm same day. Taken to dental suite 4:25. prepared by dental assistant, and seen by dentist 4:40. Evaluated and cap cemented, prognosis and alternatives were clearly given. left office by 5:00pm.
I was extremely pleased with the visit. Everyone was friendly and explained all the procedures.
