Never a wait; newest equipment; written estimates well in advance of service; pleasant people and surroundings. I certainly couldn't ask for more.
My hygienist was pleasant and very competent.
Greeted with a smile - did not wait - appointment was on time. Hygienist and doctor were friendly , took their time and always asked if I had any questions. Overall experience has been the same with every appointment. I would highly recommend !!

I had to reschedule my hygiene appointment because of a personal conflict so I saw a hygienist that I had never seen.. She was very courteous, professional and treated me as if she was my regular hygienist. She gave me constructive feedback on my teeth and shared ways to improve the issue. She was prompt and was able to provide all of my necessary services in the appointed hour. Now I feel confident that if I were to need to reschedule again, I would feel comfortable with a hygienist other than my regular one.
Everytime I go to the dentist for a cleaning Katherine always does an awesome job. She is very thorough and is a big asset to Amelia dental group. Everyone that works there is very friend and acts professional. Also I also had a small area that needed to be addressed and dr Kitson took care of it right after my appointment which was awesome. I would say that me dental appointment went exceptionally well.
Mistye and Dr Betinholtz are a great team. I feel like I am among friends instead of the dentist. I was informed of all they would be doing and when they would be doing it. My comfort level on the good side was a 10 and I was having a crown put in. Love my dentist office . The best! Yes I. would definitely recommend Dr. Betinholtz and staff to anyone asking
Hi. I called the office this morning around7:30 and left a message stating I had a toothache which was getting worse and I would like a call back to schedule an appointment. I knew the office did not open until 8:30 so I was so surprised when I received a call at 7:50 asking if I could come in at 8:15 today. Wow, I was seen and problem diagnosed by 8:30! Incredible customer service. Thank you lol so much!!!!
The appointments always run on time and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
