Dr. Beidenholtz and his assistant expertly and quickly removed old fillings and the top of the teeth in preparation for crowns on 2 premolars. Absolutely no pain! They told me what was going to happen every step of the way. I couldn't be happier. Going back in 3 weeks to have the new crowns installed.
Office and landscaping are visually appealing. Warm greeting from receptionist, friendly greeting from hygienist who was on time. Good explanation of procedure and insurance coverage. Dentist was informative about her exam and the cleaning went as planned. A good experience.

Makes you look forward to your dental visits. This was a first visit for me as we just moved to this area. Reception was pleasant and friendly. Appointment was on time. Carrie, the Doctor's assistant was excellent - conversational, friendly, efficient, explained everything related to my x-rays and treatment. Dr. Garrett is outstanding - perfect 'chair-side' manner - explained what he was doing, answered any questions I had and just made me comfortable in every way. I have spent a great deal of time in dental chairs and I consider those in your office top notch! The staff is excellent and more than competent. All the work I've had with Dr. Kitson has been comfortably completed. Cleanings and xrays well done and appointment times kept without waiting. All good news.
Just happy I have no dental problems, because, quite frankly $200.00 for a cleaning and check up is very expensive. Love Dr. Kitson, just very expensive for what was done. Can't do anything about it, but, just saying... Probably why I only come once a year. As I said, no problems, lucky! That being said, the office is run well, clean, efficient and very friendly. That is why I come back each year.
Dr Bietenholz and Erica were very efficient and considerate. They told me what they were going to do every step of the way and took the time to be sure everything was right before sending me home.
Hearing that your old filling failed is not the best news, but Dr. Melissa Nixon of Amelia Dental ameliorated it well with a combination of skill and technology. Back in the days when this cavity was first filled - when dinosaurs roamed the Earth and Gerald Ford was still president - fighting Mr. Tooth Decay was a grim business, replete with the hi-pitch drill, the water-boarding that accompanied the drill, and all the other tortures featured in the movie "True Lies" with Jamie Curtis and Arnold Schwartznegger.
