I was taken into my appointment precisely on time. Ashley, the Dental Assistant was very pleasant and explained what was going to take place before Dr. Kitson arrived. Once Dr Kitson arrived and began the numbing injections, Ashley provided a very comforting and distracting gentle stroking of my arm to make me feel more comfortable. I experienced outstanding service at the ADG. The staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Bietenholz thoroughly explained my issue with TMJ and provided excellent advice for dealing with it, and provided me with a detailed handout. His attention to my issue was superb. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!
