The entire office is always friendly, professional and efficiently run. Appointments are on schedule and the dental care is excellent.
I have had many fillings done in the past and this was the quickest and least painful of ANY dental work I have ever needed!
I called for an appointment after my crown fell off. From the administrative staff to the dental assistant and dentist, Dr. Garrett; I experienced an AWESOME appointment. Not only did they "fit me in" to their already busy schedule, but the entire staff was friendly, accommodating and exceeded my expectations. My hygienist is the best. She is very professional and is always concerned about the comfort of her patient. She is easy to talk to and she actually listens. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone. I have never had any complaints about her. Yesterday's visit was a little off because her equipment was not working properly. Amelia Dental Group has a cadre of employees with a very high and proficient work ethic. One is greeted when walking through the front door, and within minutes of the appointment, you are called. Their technology is state of the art and their digital appointment reminders are very helpful. My hygienist knows all aspects of my dental health. She is gentle; understanding my tmj and knowing when to give my jaw a rest.
