Dr. Bamzai was my pediatrician for years, I was four when I started seeing her, and stopped when I was 18 in 2011. She is the definition of a violation of HIPAA. All of our family friends also saw her and there wasn’t an instance where she didn’t discuss medical records with them. she misdiagnosed our daughter for over a month - when I tried to discuss issues to help our daughter’s recovery, she continues to ignore them
We moved to this doctor when our daughter was 4 months old, to get treated for eczema. Since then we never looked back. Both my kids needs are completely met.
Dr. Bamzai was my pediatrician while I was growing up and is currently my allergist. She's an excellent doctor, very dedicated, very compassionate and understanding. She helps patients find the best treatment possible, including homeopathic remedies.
Not impressed. Very poor exam for my son. Very little communication about child's health. Inaccurate charts for growth of baby. Food fell from her mouth in my lap and on my baby.
First of all, the people answering the phones are lazy.The 2 "DRs" if you ever need to get a hold of them, they wont pick up the phone and if they do call you back its usually about 1-2 hours later. This happened on 3 different ocassions before I had enough.They dont interact with the children and it seems like they are always rushing you. I have been a patient of Dr. Bamzais for 24 years. I started as a 4 year old child being treated by her and I continue to see her for treatment of Allergies. I have tried other doctors during that time and now work in a Hospital and I still have yet to meet a Dr. who cared about her patients more. She has always been available for me and has helped through medical emergencies and every day problems (i.e. running out of Meds.)I will bring my children to Dr. Bamzai (once they are born) and you should too.
