Very poor service. While the doctor seems knowledgeable, the clinic is extremely disorganized and unresponsive. I visited Dr. Koul on January 21, 2026, for my annual checkup and completed the required blood work. The results were sent to the clinic on January 27, 2026, showing abnormal levels. However, no one from the clinic contacted me about these results. I had to repeatedly call and follow up every day just to get someone to respond.
