We chose this company to help take care of my Daddy. The nurse that saw my Momma in the hospital told her that she would order a bed for home and have it delivered the same day so I left work to come home and prepare a place for the bed and receive the bed when it was delivered. A different nurse called me at 7:30 pm and told me she did not have an order for the bed but that she would work on it and call me back. She did not call back.
